[FEATURE] Populate Heroku DB

Detailed Description

Populate the Heroku DB with accurate card information. Since I am still collecting cards for the sets currently out, the most current sets aren't required to be as up-to-date as the other sets.

Context

Currently there is only one card in the DB. For this app to be useful, there needs to be more information.

Possible Implementation

• Add cards owned to local database
• Ensure that information is being displayed properly and accurately locally
• Ensure that tests are successful. Potentially add some tests for specific cards.
• Push to Heroku DB
