AtBat app changes the maximum volume, if it is closed with less than maximized volume, subsequent apps see only that as the maximum volume (cross-app therefore system bug?) #600

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a game with MLB AtBat
2. Turn the volume down (off even)
3. Play a video with Netflix

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The max volume is now the volume set in step 2. above even if it is muted (then 
of course there is no longer any sound).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
fw 32904

Please provide any additional information below.
I know this could be a problem with the MLB atBat app but it shouldn't be able 
to fix a setting (volume/apparently max volume) for the system such that it can 
be carried over to another app. Since it is a cross app issue I decided to 
submit it as a ChromeCast bug.

Closing this ticket as invalid due to a lack of response and because it seems 
to be an error on Netflix's side that has been resolved.

Sorry for the delay, with the end of the season, and travelling, I haven't
gotten to test it. I just tested it for completeness, I won't be using it
anymore anyway, but the problem has NOT been resolved. I experience the
same issue with versions:

atbat v4.5.0
chromecast app v 1.12.32
netflix v 3.15.1 build 5253
chromecast v 1.15.38401

I just went to reboot my chromecast to reset the volume and found the
volume adjust in the chromecast app. I could turn that volume up all the
way so it would seem that netflix is not accessing the master volume of the
chromecast.
