What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just use a Youtube Video (iframe) on a page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
> GET chrome-extension://eojlgccfgnjlphjnlopmadngcgmmdgpk/cast_sender.js 
net::ERR_FAILED (Many times !!)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7, Chrome Lastest, without this annoying extention !
