Chromecast 2: Audio on Youtube is not played correctly after playing music through Spotify #656

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play music via Spotify on CC2 (tested with multiple sessions)
2. Switch to Youtube on CC2
3. Play movie from Youtube on CC2 (tested with multiple clips)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  Normal video / audio sync in Youtube-clips

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  Chromecast 2

Please provide any additional information below.
  Audio on Youtube seems to be playing to fast when switching to Youtube after playing music via Spotify. Noticable through sped up audio and jitters in audio every second or so (to align with video presumably).

1) Did you see this issue when casting via Chrome, Android/iOS, or both? If so, 
what version of Chrome or YouTube/Spotify app are you using?
2) What's your Chromecast's firmware version?
3) Does the issue only occur after initially playing music via Spotify? I.e. 
does it also happen when you play Netflix, Pandora, Google Play Music, etc. 
before switching to YouTube?
4) Does rebooting the Chromecast fix the issue?
5) If you disconnect from Spotify before reconnecting via YouTube, does the 
issue still occur?
