Chromecast audio not playing spotify local files #671

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add local files to a spotify playlist (on a computer)
2. Sync the playlist with your device (e.g. Nexus 7 2013, Nexus 5)
3. Connect your device's spotify with the Chromecast Audio
4. Try to play one of the local files on the synced playlist

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expected result: The device should broadcast the synced local file to the 
Chromecast Audio device and play it
- Actual result: Spotify doesn't play the synced local file and instead it 
skips it until finding a track provided by Spotify itself

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Spotify version: 3.9.0.965
- ChromecastAudio Firmware version: 1.16.43955
- Chromecast App version: 1.12.32
- Device OS: Android 5.1.1
- Device model number: Nexus 7
- Device kernel version: 3.4.0-g8aa6344
- Device build number: LMY48T

Please provide below information:
- Are you using Spotify premium?
- What is the file-type of the local file that you have synced?
- Have you been able to reproduce this issue on a Chromecast (as against to 
Chromecast Audio)?

- I have a Spotify premium account
- These are mp3 files
- I only have a Chromecast Audio

Thanks for the info. Please reproduce the behavior by playing only one of the 
files that has been added from the computer and submit a feedback report from 
Chromecast app with "for issue 671" in the description. 
Also, see if you get any error message while trying to play this track. 
If yes, please let us know what the error reads / share a screenshot.

I have sent the feedback from the Chromecast application
I don't see any error message
BTW I cannot play any 'Spotify Song Radio' but Genre or Artist Radio stations 
work fine, could it be related?
