Cannot change songs when connected to ChromecastAudio #680

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect Spotify to a ChromecastAudio
2. Play any song
3. From the list of songs (album, playlist, etc) tap on another one

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Result
- The tapped song should be played

Actual Result
- Spotify stops playing no matter how many times the same song or another one 
is tapped

Workaround
- In Spotify change from the ChromecastAudio device to 'This tablet' and then 
back to the ChromecastAudio device

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Spotify version: 3.9.0.965
- ChromecastAudio Firmware version: 1.16.43955
- Chromecast App version: 1.12.32
- Device OS: Android 5.1.1
- Device model number: Nexus 7
- Device kernel version: 3.4.0-g8aa6344
- Device build number: LMY48T

A feedback was submit from the Chromecast App with the description 'for issue 
680'
No error messages are displayed when this bug occurs

We'll look into it. Have you seen similar behavior for any other music apps, 
e.g. Google Play Music, Pandora, etc.? Does rebooting the Chromecast Audio 
device resolve the issue?

- Reeboting the ChromecastAudio doesn't solve the problem
- I only use Spotify to play music and before using the ChromecastAudio I was 
using a bluetooth receiver without issues (with Spotify too)
