Unable to dial someone from my cell phone using my voice number #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Call my voice number from my cell phone
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Used to call voice number, get menu, and could dial person's phone.

Now I just get our cell phone voice mail. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue doesn't relate to the Google Voice Dialer Extension for Chrome.
This should be reported to Google Voice Developers.
