As an avid user of this extension, there are only a couple of things I could
recommend to make it better:
1) have two separate types of notifications for voicemail and SMS. This could
be done by having multiple numbers identified by different colors in the
extension's slot, or different background colors for a single number that would
indicate different types of messages (i.e., only SMS or voicemail being blue or
red respectively, purple indicating a combination of the two)
2) Customize the size of the frame brought up by clicking the extension icon,
either resizable when open or simply configurable in a setting somewhere
