What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get a Chrome OS system
2. Install GV-Dialer
3. Attempt to launch GV-Mobile
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for the content to within its predefined container, but
the content ends up in the top left corner of the screen.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.10 on Chrome OS
