Unable to dial a number from within gv-dialer #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Input a valid number 
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should dial the number.  Instead I'm getting "invalid number".  This is  for 
EVERY number I inputted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest version,  ver,1.1.11. OS is Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
