clicking on the number 4 does not get recognised #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. dial a phone number such that you will be asked to enter a pin or an 
extension.
2. enter a pin or an extension upon prompting by the system on the other side 
such that it contains the string contains the number 4. 
3. number 4 does not get recognised - you do not hear a keypress beep, the 
system on the other side does not recognise that you entered '4'. the little 
red button with a red circle around it gets highlighted - or un-highlighted - 
on pressing '4'. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

i expect '4' to be recognised just like any other number is recognised.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

windows 7 x64 pro, chrome 11.0.696.68, gv dialer 1.1.11
