Broken in IE 11 #669

Code relies on attachEvent for IE which has been removed in version 11.

IE 11 is not detected as ie, but as w3 browser.

The issue is not with the swfobject.  Adobe uses it on their check flash site 
(http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html) and the 
page loads correctly on IE 11.  After a couple days of trouble shooting, the 
problem for our application was IE 11 not initializing flash when the object's 
visibility property is set to hidden, something that doesn't seem to effect any 
other browser.

Adobe's site does not detect Flash properly for me.
