Added close_txt option #198

close_txt option, so one choose a different txt e.g. for icons with fontawesome.

Also, it seems you've committed all your own npm changes, that shouldn't go in this PR, just the coffee and less files.

It's probably best if you delete this PR and create a new one with matching syntax for the close button as in the 196 PR.
