add static list of relations #6

this is presently required because bookshelf does not provide any static analysis of models. it's also desirable because it allows the api creator to define relations that might be used for internal purposes that should not be accessible via the API.

PS: I don't mind if you rebase out this commit so you don't have multiple contributors on your CV :p (unless you think that is a good thing)!

:D i only added the static listing for the users model--you'll want to add those for the rest as well.
