Add support for selecting 1/3/auto phase in ECO+ mode #19

With a recent firmware/app update it is now possible to set the zappi in 1/3/auto phase selection in ECO+ mode, would be nice when the API would support this

This would be nice as you say. I've only got a 1 phase zappi however but if you know the end-point then I can add it.
