updated Jaguar handling to determine if car is charging at home or elsewhere - useful later to understand which car is attached to which Zappi.

Added names to zappi and

Cleaned up 3 phase logic for netting

Sorry I missed this, I was really busy in August September timeframe. I was thinking I'd ask MyEnergi for the API endpoints to fetch the device names as used by the App etc but haven't, so I'll accept this as is.
