7m images have some stripes, e.g., "ngc5643_7m_cs_image.fits" channel 26 (0-based index), "ngc5643_7m_hcop_image.fits" channel 31, maybe because of some phase issue. This is very minor and probably no need to do anything.
CS weakly detected at galaxy center in channel 55 (0-based). Very narrow?
HCN and HCO+ are well detected but only at galaxy center. No obvious masking issue because no obvious extended emission. Singledish data seems to be low S/N and showing some negative feature at channel 55-ish.
HCO+ is well detected in galaxy center too. But the singledish line width is somehow narrower than the interf. data. Not sure why? Too noisy? :warning::question::x:
@1054 - agreed, maybe noise

I think this is all okay - issued noted - setting to pass
The QA report checklist for this galaxy Please complete as you progress through the QA All data for galaxies can be obtained here
Checklist
[x] tp - check for artefacts in single-dish image
[x] 7m - check for artefacts in 7m image (linear features in map, large fluxes etc)
[x] 7m+tp - compare to the single dish image (fluxes okay?)
[x] Dataset science ready?
