[7m_hcop_image]: first and last channel empty (nan values) [7m_cs_image]: velocity axis inversed: last channel empty (nan values)
[7m_*_image]: beam elongation: BMAJ/BMIN = 1.4
[7m_hcop_residual, 7m_cs_residual]: some significant (~3sigma) negative pixels at various channels
[7m+tp_hcn_pbcorr_trimmed_k]: first and last channels empty (nan values) [7m+tp_hcop_pbcorr_trimmed_k]: first and last channels empty (nan values) [7m+tp_cs_pbcorr_trimmed_k]: first and last channels empty (nan values): velocity axis inverted
[7m+tp images]: header (really minor): BMIN and BMAJ have different formatting (but numbers agree )
[7m_hcn_singledish_image]: channels 1-35 and 66-101 empty analog for hcop and cs [7m_cs_singledish_image]: velocity axis inverted (like with 7m and 7m+tp)
[7m_hcop_singledish_image]: negative pixels at the edge of the map in channel 64
[7m_cs_singledish_image]: possibly artificial emission and negative values in channel 62
QA_v4: trimmed_k maps: check: no more empty channels and units are looking good: CS maps velocity axis still inverted
The 7m+tp images seem to have lower resolution and lower SNR for some regions (image below: HCN 7m (left) vs 7m+tp (right )
The QA report checklist for this galaxy Please complete as you progress through the QA All data for galaxies can be obtained here
Checklist
[x] tp - check for artefacts in single-dish image
[x] 7m - check for artefacts in 7m image (linear features in map, large fluxes etc)
[x] 7m+tp - compare to the single dish image (fluxes okay?)
[x] Dataset science ready?
