Hi Serdar,

I wrote this about 8 years ago so I wouldn't be surprised if things have changed a bit since... and I took my blog offline some time around ~2016! Fortunately, Wayback Machine has a copy of the post available here - I've updated the readme to include this link.

I'd be interested to hear if those instructions still hold up!

Hi Ashley, Thank you for your time. Apparently this is an old topic but I just came across with a software converting svs to dzi files. See here. They have also used similar architecture. I tried to replicate your code and many others from github but could not achieve a result yet. From your code it is not allowed to use external formula to be run, and the --with-openslide is not supported. So I have installed VIPS directly from brew and managed to convert svs to dzi file, but the html output does not include the whole slide image. Both my file and in your example it is also not displayed:

That is why I asked for the blog post to see if I can get more clues. Thank you. I will let you know if I find a solution.
