Added data for TMA #121

Data for all models with TMA was updated but it wasn't loaded properly due to the issue with the reading of the spreadsheet. Bryce is working on it. Therefore, I will close this issue at this moment.

@ashokkrish Bryce has updated the default input and I have checked the spreadsheet whether it includes the default data for SIR, SIRS, and SIRD that was requested by you via email last week. I confirmed that the data is available in the spreadsheet and as Bryce has fixed the issue with default input reading, I'll close this issue.
