The CSVs in the seeddata/ folder should be concatenated to a single spreadsheet, "infectionSeedingCoordinates.xlsx". The name here is reminiscent of cloud seeding, and the coordinates are, of course, where we want this seeding to take place.

Choices

[ ] Single sheet per country
[ ] Column for country

Further, the CSV data in the observeddata/ folder should be concatenated likewise.

These can be included with the data package planned in #3.

Perhaps likewise with sheets in misc/?
