Update the Authors tab content with the same layout used in Episim

In Episim we use a markdown file to hold the contents of the Authors tab. This has three effects:

• Simplifies inclusion of the content for the authors tab in the UI
• No need to write unnecessary HTML ourselves, it is generated for us
• Consistency in spacing and styling

@kle6951 and @Toby-exe, please look at the use of markdown documents in Episim for the author tab. We want a similar solution here; you can probably copy paste most of the markdown content as well.

I updated the title to reflect that Episim did not use Markdown for its authors tab. The UI layout code can be copied directly from Episim, updated, and then used here.

On the other hand, for the Collaborators part, would you please specify what I should add to this part?

Please notice that the application currently has two author tabs. This is done intentionally for you to see what the changes are and the old author tab panel will be deleted once I have all the needed information and your feedback to push the final change to this issue
