Doesn't work with xdebug.profiler_append option #9

I profiled several consequent requests using the xdebug.profiler_append option. 

When I try to open the report in cachegridvizualizer, nothing happend: no 
errors, no messages, no results.

I also found something confused me a lot, for example,i followed all the 
instructions and installed all the required software properly, but my 
cachegrindvisualizer couldn't read anything from the profiler file,instead it 
can read some fragement from trace file.
