Requested readings from provider #127

Provider Dr Bozzone would like this capability:

  1. Fasting range (usually its the first blood glucose of the morning before a meal): min and max & average of where patient tends to reside in a period of last 2 weeks.

  2. Before bedtime readings: min and max & average of where patient tends to reside in the a period of last 2 weeks.
