Judith Crane New Device Added Issue #130

I added a new device ending in 444 for Judith Crane and it did not show any new data in the logbook. There is data in iGlucose since 12-19-2021 -today & patient reported she has been using device 444. How can the missing data from 12/19-12/26 be added to a pattern website? Do YOU have to do it? Is there something not working right?
