Can't play the m3u8 file #255

tried the above URL with HTTP and HTTPS both to play the video but getting an error as below:

Play Error what=-10000 extra=0

but able to play the below mp4 url : http://video.360cities.net/davilla/01588188_sa27-1920x960.mp4

is there any way to play the m3u8 videos?
