Stops downloading pics with error message #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start program
2. Choose user tagged and user albums
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Stops at 4990 every time; missing 122 photos

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest as of today, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Error message in log: 
ERROR:root:problem in download thread

a way to bypass the error and keep the program running was included in r93, 
binaries for r94 include the fix
