Possibility to download High Definition photos

Hey, could you add the option to download high definition photos, when they are 
available? This would be a very welcome addition to your otherwise great and 
easy programm! :)

PG downloads the highest resolution image that Facebook stores.  It's not the 
greatest but it's the best available.

Reopening issue.  I discovered a way to download a higher resolution image.  
Revision 96 includes updated code.  Will close issue once new binaries are 
available for download.

NOTE: the fix will not check the resolution of images already in place - I 
suggest downloading to a new folder to get the higher res images (if available) 
then merging with your previous collection of images.
