Change top navbar background to white. #14

Also, no need to display jipy9 and logout. Make the circle profile icon clickable dropdown menu and have logout there.

To clarify, we don't need the top navbar at all. I think it came along with stuff scrapped from bootstrap/twitter. What I meant in the issue is that the only thing we need is the circle icon on the top left. That is clickable expandable menu we will use for various housekeeping things in time to come.
