remove travis #277

travis has stop working and everyone is switching to github workflows we should also do that... (would leave it up to u)

afaik travis just switched from .org to .com and still supports open source projects just fine. I'll need to do some configuration there, but it still uses .travis.yml, so we can't delete it.

I don't have any reason to migrate to github workflows at this point, as travis works great for our needs.
