If groups directories already exist, then program should not through any exception. either handle inside the code otherwise if that happen so ignore making new directories.
if the code is terminated in between then the code should not process the apps that are already grouped. ( i think that thing u are tracking in a csv so use that information)
make these changes in code and commit.
