I logged it as an issue on http://code.google.com/p/p2p-sip

We haven't gotten lot of requests for SIP over TCP since most people
have used siprtmp on server side, and typically PSTN gateways and SIP
servers support UDP without NAT issues

Do you require SIP over TCP?
