First button press does not register #10

For any given vJoy device, a button for it needs to be pressed twice when using it for the first time after StreamDeck is restarted.

After some additional testing, it seem the first button press does work, but only if it's held down for a slightly longer period then a quick press. Subsequent quick presses are fine.
