What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open app while tablet is being held in landscape
2. App only opens in portrait...so now is 90 degrees off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
landscape mode
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest NPR app, Android Jellybean 4.2.2
