The hovering effects of the main heading i.e welcome to DEV-G is not so professional. I want to change them to something modest. And also when I hover over the logos of various languages they start blinking for no reason which looks a bit distracting and odd. I want to improve it and provide a better look since it is the page that appears first and must be up to mark.
