navbar #142

Describe the bug navbar is not sticky so people find issue to find or go to top for find it ... To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "Go to home page"
  2. Click on '' "
  3. Scroll down to 'footer'
  4. See error "there is no navbar"

Expected behavior there is no navbar when we scroll down so we find problem to search navbar
