Counting effect on scroll #93

Describe the bug The number section in About Us page looks static. I can improve it with a counting effect on the numbers.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'website'
  2. Click on 'start'
  3. Click on 'About us'
  4. Scroll down to 'Mission and vision'
  5. See error

Expected behavior The number should increase on scroll
