What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i see the boot screen,but my lap went hanged (dell inspiron 15R) 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i used the live cd to boot from it

Please provide any additional information below.
tried both resoloutions,1024 failed utterly.800 works but suddenly gets hanged 
and dead.
