Should hopefully once-and-for-all fix issues like https://github.com/ashwanthkumar/gocd-build-github-pull-requests/issues/105 and https://github.com/ashwanthkumar/gocd-build-github-pull-requests/issues/142 .

Thanks @jtomaszewski -- I'm going ahead with the merge as it is. We'll look into the PR_AUTHOR issue separately once you create an issue for it.
