sbt, grpc, scala: bump versions #81

Hi, is this project maintained? I wanted to bump few versions but some help would be needed. Grpc has different testing helpers api now. Also seems there might be some Guava binary incompatibility found in the tests.

Thanks @ppiotrow -- I'm actively not working on this but would be happy to help you update the dependencies.

Can you please re-base with the master? I've fixed the issues with travis. That would help test this PR to make sure everything is working fine.
