Fixed linker error in Mac #14

I just added a condition check to avoid linking rt in other systems than mac..

Hi, apart of the fix I have some other commits that you can merge if you like. I added the skeletons of the other two problems, and also the official datasets that were published in the website. And the official .gitignore to avoid adding garbage to the project. Feel free to pick the changes you consider worth.
