feat: adding in customer support ticket / feedback data to example #360

Some things I noticed that we may need to fix: We have have skewed the data too much for the churned users, so some things get really,really important and outweigh the rest. We may also need to increase the number of accounts and sessions in the data, getting some features that feel like overfit rules.

Other things -> would expect to find things like count (user_id)::sessions / number of seats::accounts. And # of page visits per company to the different pages, etc. Didn't find those.
