fix: clean up UX for uploading CSV + exploring predictions

1. Removed the "what if" feature section for now (will figure out how to add this back in a clean way)
2. Normalized each feature value and explained negative vs. positive for each individual prediction
3. Adding headers, etc to just make it feel like its own section, etc.
