SW: Col Driver interferes with buttons #23

PORTD Buttons work fine before lights come on.  Then buttons no longer work.  
PORTD is the same port the col driver is on.

This appears to be implicated by the Serial sharing pins with the col driver.  
Worked when I took out print statements.... Have to use C2 it self to DBG print 
I guess.  C3 should not have this issue.
