feature: every type should appear at least once #74

If I choose numbers, I want at least one number in the generated password. (If a site requires a 8-16 length pwd with number and uppercase char in it, the current version can generate a "non-valid" password.)

This could conflict with #73 but if you merge either of the PRs the other could be easily changed.
