No chunkloader carts #19

I'm assuming they are disabled because there are no pearls to fuel them? Maybe make the admin anchor carts craftable, appropriately expensive if need be? It's just quite limiting in that long-distance item transport isn't really feasible right now, unless I'm missing something.

See "Fix recipes requiring Ender Pearls" in #6, but yes, these should get a recipe.

I saw that, but in this case it is less a recipe, more of a fuel type, so I thought it'd warrant it's own issue. (More specifically: I'm not sure this can be tweaked, from a technical standpoint, to not use Ender Pearls)

@fnuecke There is a config option, you can set which item it consumes and how long one item lasts.
