[FEATURE] HardcoreDarkness compat #8

Currently HardcoreDarkness doesnt work when installed beside MAGE, even if the "true darkness" tweak of MAGE is disabled. That's sad because HardcoreDarkness changes the darkness server-side and supports darkness by moon phase.

There are only a few features that Hardcore Darkness has that MAGE doesn't, which are:

  1. Lockable gamma
  2. Semi-independent settings for minimum sky and block light
  3. Configurable moon phase light levels

While HardcoreDarkness compatibility would be nice, might it be possible to just add these setting to MAGE itself?

Note: While server-side darkness is not mentioned specifically, if you install Hardcore Darkness on the server, then all clients are required to have it as well. This seems to imply it does so.
