Get rid of all references to the words "Nether" and "End" completely #51

IDEA: Anything with Nether in the name could have "Nether" replaced with "Dark" (or some other word) example: Dark Quartz, Dark Brick, Dark Star, etc.

Same could go for end stone, and ender pearls, and stuff with end in the name. Possible "end" replacements: vibrating, pulsating, resonant, etheric

I don't see any real reasons why things like nether brick or nether quartz should be disabled completely, at the very least they could be left in as decorative blocks with special recipes.

The bricks might just get dye recipes, other things I see no point of. We do not need every decorative block.

Only reason I mentioned Quartz was because you can make forestry farms out of it. I guess you could make those use certus or be removed completely though.
