App crashes if the filepaths in the config don't have trailing slashes #102

Minor UX thing: When I edited the config file by hand, NitroTracker started failing to load samples, and crashed when I tried to navigate up a directory. Editing the file again and adding a trailing slash to the path caused the problem to stop happening.
