Jump to prev/next positions using hw buttons (0xtob/#28) #51

the "crtl-like" button (seems to be mapped to left shoulder button on my left-handed setup) with left/right (Y/A for left-handed) would jump to next/previous position in the tune. This would allow copy/paste between patterns without screen switching.
